Zięta Prozessdesign invited Marian Misiak, an experienced typographer, urban activist and talented graphic designer to assist in the implementation of new challenges. The result of their joint work, full of discussions and clashes of aesthetic and technological fields is the FiDU Alphabet – the first official typeface using FiDU technology, designed according to the principles of typography. Because the characters used in the new system were to be converted into unique three-dimensional objects, it was necessary to connect typographical issues with other factors such as lighting, scale and production techniques.
Aby zrealizować nowe wyzwania, Zięta Prozessdesign zaprosiło Mariana Misiaka – doświadczonego typografa, aktywistę miejskiego i utalentowanego grafika. Efektem wspólnej pracy, pełnej dyskusji i starć w sferze estetyki i technologii powstał Alfabet FiDU – pierwszy krój w pełni zaprojektowany zgodnie z zasadami typografii z wykorzystaniem technologii FiDU. Ponieważ znaki używane w nowym systemie składają się z unikalnych obiektów trójwymiarowych, trzeba było połączyć kwestie typograficzne z takimi czynnikami jak światło, skala i możliwości produkcyjne.
