Poster design for the exhibition “W niedalekiej przeszłości” [“In the near past”] at the BWA gallery in Wrocław, during which the history of Łysa Góra – a model village of the communist period famous for the production of ceramics – was presented. In the 1960’s and 70’s it attracted artists with the potential to implement monumental ceramic compositions that could be incorporated into architecture. Today, it provokes other artistic attitudes. The curator, Paweł Olszczyński, studies the closing of the Kamionka cooperative in Łysa Góra. He assumes the role of an artist-researcher, analyzing the phenomenon of the closed ceramic factories. He excerpts and documents the trace evidence of their past activity.
Projekt plakatu do wystawy „W niedalekiej przeszłości” w BWA we Wrocławiu, podczas której zaprezentowano historię Łysej Góry, wzorcowej wsi okresu PRL, słynącej z produkcji ceramiki. W latach 60.–70. XX w. przyciągała artystów możliwością realizacji monumentalnych kompozycji ceramicznych dla architektury. Dziś prowokuje inne postawy artystyczne. Kurator Paweł Olszczyński bierze na warsztat historię likwidacji łysogórskiej spółdzielni „Kamionka”. Wchodzi w rolę artysty-badacza, a polem jego poszukiwań staje się teren upadłych zakładów ceramicznych. Wydobywa i dokumentuje ślady ich przeszłej działalności.
